The room was in good condition. However, very poor customer service. I stayed at this hotel during travel for work. Upon arrival to my room, the tv did not work. A message on the tv showed that there was a weak or no signal. I then attempted to connect to the WiFi for my laptop to continue my work, and the WiFi was extremely slow. Most pages would not load. I went to the front desk right away after being checked in for 5 minutes. The WiFi did work at the front desk with my laptop. So the signal was just weak at my room. The front desk employees response to the TV issue and WiFi issue was that the IT guy would be in tomorrow…. I asked what if I could get a room change. He said I could but since I booked with hotels.com, there would be an up charge… at that point, I was annoyed and grabbed my laptop and went to a nearby restaurant to work. Will not be staying there again. That staff member needs some training on customer service and problem solving.
