Loved the convenient location. Parking was ample and felt safe. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations - great variety of eggs, fruit, pastries, yogurt, etc. Would stay again just for the breakfast ! The receptionist Britany who checked us in was professional, friendly and efficient and made us feel welcomed. The staff with breakfast service was friendly and helpful and kept the service bar refreshed. Coffee was great too ! Plan to come back!

We had a suite type room (2 kings). The beds were good but the rest of the furnishings were tired at best. Furniture was well worn, bathroom was spartan. Needs updating. Overall decor is outdated and just needs renewing.

The room was very clean. However, upon opening our door, we were immediately met with a foul sewer smell. I didn't report it at that time. We had went to Bath and Body Works that day, so we had a wall plug-in that we used and that helped enormously. When we were getting ready to check out and had removed the wall plug-in, it was probably less than an hour before the sewer smell came back. We also experienced an issue with the toilet plugging. I went down to the front desk and they were able to give me a plunger, which did work, but it still wasn't flushing well. Lastly, on our second day there, the shower water would not get hot right away. It only got warm towards the end of the shower. Three of us had that problem. On the morning of checkout, the water started out very warm and then within a few minutes, the water was cold. Thankfully, after a minute or so of cold water, it got hot again. I think there may be some plumbing issues going on in that room. I do want to say the staff was always very helpful and very friendly too!!!!

I found a pair of women’s panties on the floor in my room. Interestingly enough the panties were in a conspicuous spot and easily noticeable. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was charged over $300 per night and I am very disappointed.

Was disappointed that check-in was at 3:00pm. We got there at 3:15pm and our room was not ready. We had to sit in lobby for about for about half an hour. Then the floors were wet when we entered the room.
