"Schöne Tage im Saigon Majestic Hotel. Es ist ein wunderschönes französisches Kolonialhotel erbaut 1925 Es ist elegant und stilvoll. Die Lage am Saigon River ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Beim Check-in mussten wir 45 Minuten warten und haben erst auf Nachfrage unser Zimmer beziehen können. Der Mitarbeit versäumte es uns die Zimmerkarte zu geben. Trotz Buchung von Late Check-out kamen wir am letzten Tag nach 12:00 nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Die Karte mußte neu freigeschaltet werden. Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Bad hätten wir uns eine Dusche gewünscht, man musste über einen Tritt in die Wanne krabbeln, der Duschschlauch ist auch viel zu kurz. Aufgrund seiner Lage an einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt und die schlecht gedämmten Fenster hört man den Verkehr die ganza Nacht, da helfen nur Ohrstöpsel. Das Frühstück ist ok. "

"This is an extra modern hotel, in the heart of the city, entry is through some shopping mall. The balcony on top is certainly the biggest selling point. Beds are comfortable, it has cool views from the rooms because it is in a tower essentially, and they have a pantry with unliomited decent coffee/water/fruits. Pool is excellent but it closes at 8pm, while the doors to the pool close at 10pm..so it is kinda weird. We stayed in 3 other hotels around here and this hotel kinda lost the Viet charm, sweetness and hospitality. The staff has so well practiced talking points and gestures that every interaction feels so distant somehow. It is almost like that the hotel is so posh, to justify the price. You can get similar level with less money in the city...of course you cant get that pool anywhere else...and the elevators are a real bottleneck - there are only 2 and you can end up waiting for a long time..."
