Welcome to Saint-Brévin-l'Océan, between long sandy beaches, pine forest and the Loire estuary, where you may sometimes spot cruise ships sailing offshore.



Ideally situated to discover the Côte de Jade, on foot, by bike or on the water, this semi-detached house of 60 m² welcomes up to 4 people, in the peaceful Domaine des Écureuils. Here, it is not uncommon to come across a few red squirrels, the true emblem of the commune.

The house is only 500 m from Rochelets beach, a long sandy beach accessible to all, with an area dedicated to water sports: surfing, kitesurfing and windsurfing. The beach is supervised in July and August.



The rental has two double bedrooms (140 cm beds). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, deep fryer and blender. The dining room-lounge overlooks a small terrace and has a smart TV (no access to TNT channels) and Wi-Fi access. A shower room and an independent WC complete the rental.



To make the most of the fine weather, the terrace is equipped with an electric plancha and garden furniture. (Table, chairs and parasol)

A private parking space is also at your disposal.

Set off for an afternoon of free-wheeling on a green cycle path lined with pine trees along "la Vélodyssée". On the way, take the opportunity to stop for a swim on one of the many beaches that dot the route. Before you leave, go and say hello to the famous Serpent d'Océan, a work by artist Huang Yong Ping, part of the "Parcours Estuaire". Check the tide times as the reptile only reveals itself when the sea is low! Don't leave without tasting the famous "Galettes Saint Michel" and taking a break on the wall of the lick ice creams from La Fraiseraie in Pornic at the foot of the "Château de Barbe Bleue".

Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

For everyone's comfort, the property is non-smoking and parties or events are not permitted.



Bed linen is offered as an optional extra, depending on your desired comfort level. Ordered linen is provided upon your arrival for the duration of your stay, with no possibility of renewal, and cleaning during your stay is outside our remit.



The property does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and favour a dedicated charging point.



The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid before your arrival.



A security deposit of 800 €, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card, will be requested at the time of your final payment. This amount will not be charged and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, provided there is no damage.
