Located in the heart of the resort, close to shops and all amenities, opposite the Rodin market. 2nd and top floor with a large terrace of approximately 12m² (sea view, east-facing) equipped with garden furniture, an electric awning, and an electric griddle. Entrance with a closet (washing machine, cleaning kit, ironing kit)... Living room with TV, sofa bed, and fridge-freezer. Kitchenette: 3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, toaster... A separate bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a closet/wardrobe also opening onto the terrace. Bathroom with heated towel rail and toilet. Beautiful, functional, and tastefully decorated apartment. Garage with a door opening of 2.70m x 2.15m, interior dimensions: 3.17m x 5.30m (sides: -40cm for shelves, -24cm for pipes), no private parking space. Secure residence with intercom, no elevator.
