Affordable accommodation option close to Orléans

Interesting chambre d'hôtes-type accomodation. The owner trades old books on the Internet, so there are many thousands of books of all kinds, everywhere. There's a place to safely park your bicycle. Breakfast had many options to choose from. I enjoyed the conversation with the owner and his girlfriend during breakfast. Cleanliness of room and shared bathroom was not up to my standards, though.

Un petit cocon littéraire

Après un accueil agréable, le propriétaire vous met de suite à l'aise et vous fait pénétrer dans cette caverne d'Ali Baba du livre. Sa passion est débordante et on ne peut s'empêcher de farfouiller un peu. La chambre et la sdb étaient confortables, le petit déjeuner plus que généreux et les échanges et débats avec Serge et les autres hôtes durant celui-ci furent plus qu'intéressants. Tout d'abords, l'accueil par le gérant est très appréciable. Mention spéciale pour sa disponibilité tardive et sa compréhension. Ensuite, l'ensemble du site est tres beau. Cela respire la tranquillité. La chambre avec le lit double est spacieuse et jolie. La très grande salle de bain.même chose. La salle du petit dej' est entourée d'une très grande bibliothèque avec tout tas de livre. Le choix pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment tres vaste. Il y en a pour tt les goûts et bien plus qu'il n'en faut. Je n'ai jamais vu autant de choix, rien que pour le miel c'est assez spectaculaire. Juste une remarque, et pas des moindres. Il faudrait plus de rigueur sur la date de péremption de certains produits. En effet, il y en avait plusieurs qui étaient périmés, en particuliers les jus de fruits. En définitive, ce fut un séjour agréable. Je pense qu'on y bien mieux que dans des hotels à deux etoiles. Nous photos ont deja fait des envieux. Il est très probable que nous y reviendrons si l'occasion devait se représenter.

Bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Endroit calme. Je remercie Serge de m'avoir permit d'avoir accès à une prise électrique durant la nuit, pour recharger mon véhicule électrique. Situé dans un endroit trés calme à quelques kilomètres d'Orléans, pas un seul bruit de voiture, le silence total ! Accueil sympathique du propriétaire à une heure tardive . Une propreté irréprochable, lit confortable et bon équipement. Je ne manquerais pas de revenir dans cet établissement en cas de passage et pourquoi pas plusieurs jours pour me ressourcer. PS pour ceux qui aiment les livres Serge est bouquiniste !
