We got to France and the hotel is closed down so we had to struggle and find some where else to stay

The place is shutdown

We travelled for 10 hrs only to find the place shut up. Then driving around for another 1 hour to find a bed for the night. Take it of your web site.DO NOT GO IT IS SHUT

Bad smell good price..

The room smelt SO BAD!! It was clear the whole hotel smelt of smoke but it was as though it had tried to be covered which was so strong I felt shocked even with the window open! But we got some febreze and it was better! The towels were quite new and clean but the bedding had holes in and really needs updating. But we didn't overly care once the smell was gone, as, what do you expect for such a small price?

Bad time!!

Poor service, lack of facilities compared to the ones advertised on the website. Staff were unhelpful, hostile and rude. Not recommended to anyone ever. There are plently of budget hotels up the road that you would have got a better service from.

Disappointing

The hotel is in dire need of a good clean and a few coats of paint! The carpets, walls and almost every other surface was dirty throughout the building. The bathroom basin was worn and cracked in places and the shower cubicle was small, damaged and dirty. We had booked 2 nights but left after the first night.

Prisoner Cell block H!

Prob designed on a prison theme, strange landings and weird bars etc. To be fair you get what you pay for. Staff were helpful, parking handy and fairly well placed near to town centre. There is a no 7 bus that takes you into the heart of town for only €2. Room very dark and dingey - bathroom Light wouldn't work and shower looked so old we gave it a miss. Ok for 1 night.

The hotel was not comfortable. I think there were only a few people there, and there were other hotels in the area. The wifi was not free and did not work well and the bathroom was small and old. There was not even a 'hanger' for the shower which sat sadly in the basin.

Beware

I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is in an industrial neighborhood. It is very dark and dingy. The rooms are extremely small with weird set-up in bathroom. Should be a 1 star hotel...not worth a stay.

Don't book this hotel

Though we had 3 nights reservations we didn't even stay one night. The beds were too tiny to sleep in, big stain on bedspread, old bedspreads, room was so small just to accommodate the small beds, window near top of room only ventilation with no screen on the window, and the shower had a hose hooked up to the bathroom sink to take a shower. It was noisy in the lobby. It was very hard to find he location. Dont, I repeat,"DON'T" stay there.

A clean and helpful low budget hotel

This hotel looks low budget from the road, but is well maintained and convenient. The daily clean is excellent, and madame at reception always ready to help (although limited English for visitors such as us). A 1.40E busfare to centre Rouen makes this very easy for visitors.

ATTENTION : L'hôtel était fermé pour non définie !

A mon arrivée, je constate que l'hôtel est fermé depuis plusieurs semaines (à en juger par la hauteur des pelouses...) et le n° de téléphone n'aboutit pas. Après appel et assistance auprès d'Hôtels.com, le séjour m'a été intégralement remboursé.

Hotel complètement fermé

j'ai été accueilli par un gardien qui m'a indiqué que l’hôtel était vendu et fermé .les espaces verts sont couverts de grandes herbes et un grand portail métallique est tiré et fermé a clef interdisant tout accès .

la star qui n'en est pas une

à fuir comme la peste je n'ai même pas terminé mon séjour, j'ai été viré avant la fin bonjour la considération de leur client en même temps, il serait temps de le rénover cet hôtel puisque je suppose que le déplacement des hauts responsables du siège avait pour butte discuter de la rénovation mais viré ses client!!!!bizarre comme attitude ceci étant ce fût une bonne chose, à part l'amabilité de la réceptionniste rien de bien dans cet hôtel ha si j'ai tout de même été relogé mais, quoi de plus normal !!!! je regrette de ne pas avoir fait de photos cela aurait valu son pesant de cacahuètes !!!!
