I really loved this place. The apartment was great, the balcony was relaxing, the pool and the beach were wonderful. It was a short drive to Saint Francois and served as a good base point for activities around Grande Terre. Although check in was confusing, our contact was highly informative and gave us great info on how to get around, places to go. She was very delightful! BUT— this is a time share where everything is individually owned. There were no laundry facilities, no check in desk, no breakfast place, no shops. The exterior lighting was not operational, which made walking around the property kind of dangerous at night. The bar was closed on certain nights. I would definitely stay here again. I am just a little sad that what I could tell was once a spectacular resort—on par with places I’ve stayed in Hawaii and Thailand—had infrastructure that was no longer kept up. I wish I could have seen the place when the fountains were operational—it would have been truly spectacular.

Le complexe est attrayant mais j'ai payé pour des prestations que je n'ai pas eues. L'Hôtel HIBISCUS n'existe plus puisqu'il est fermé donc aucune prestation que j'aurai du avoir. (Salle de sport etc...) Un seul changement de drap et de linge en 10j ours et aucun ménage. Je n'ai pas commandé un AIR BnB! Il va très sérieusement falloir envisager un dédommagement.

Accueil chaleureux et possibilité de la contacter à tout moment en cas de problème. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette appartement qui est très bien équipé et suffit pour un couple. Je recommande chaudement une valeur sûre, très bien situé avec un plage petite privée unon difficile de trouver un coin ombre ailleurs.

Galère pour contacter le propriétaire. Suite perte d’une clé, le propriétaire n’a aidé à aucun moment. N’a même pas daigné fournir une 2nd clé. Bref appartement plutôt correct et pas mal situé mais proprio injoignable pour l’accueil et surtout injoignable en cas de pépin.

Très bon séjour dans ce cadre magnifique. Appartement de qualité avec une belle vue sur la mer . Accès direct dans l hôtel sur une plage privée . Piscine superbe, restaurant au bord de la plage Je recommande cet endroit idéal pour son calme et son emplacement

Séjour somptueux

Un accueil chaleureux et très agréable avec Katia toujours disponible. Le studio est neuf, magnifique et très pratique avec une belle terrasse permettant de prendre son petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait et si nous revenons, nous réserverons ce logement sans hésitation.
