Le jardin et l’extérieur correspondent globalement aux photos. Le quartier est agréable et la vue très plaisante. Même si le jardin semble un peu plus abîmé qu’en photo, il reste appréciable et confortable.En revanche, l’accès à l’étage a présenté de vrais risques. À notre arrivée, plusieurs marches étaient bancales et nous pouvions passer à travers. Elles ont été réparées, mais les réparations n’ont pas tenu, ce qui est resté dangereux, surtout avec des enfants.L’intérieur n’est quasiment pas décrit dans l’annonce, ce que nous comprenons après avoir constaté son état. La maison est très vétuste, mal isolée, et l’on entend absolument tout, ce qui rend le séjour peu adapté à deux familles. Plusieurs équipements de la cuisine et des placards sont usés ou fonctionnent mal, ce qui n’est pas cohérent avec le prix de la location.Les chambres et les salles de bain nécessitent un vrai rafraîchissement. Dans la chambre du fond, le matelas est très usé et inconfortable. Dans la salle de bain attenante, une fuite provoquait de l’eau au sol et la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas, créant beaucoup d’humidité. Dans l’autre salle de bain, il n’y avait aucune prise et le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait presque pas pendant plusieurs jours.De manière générale, la maison manque clairement d’entretien et de rénovation. Malgré les excuses de la conciergerie, ces problèmes ont fortement impacté notre séjour. Nous ne recommandons pas cette location en l’état.

Villa ayant une très belle vue mer et un exterieur agréable à vivre.Dans un environnement très calme.Florence de la conciergerie qui soccupe de la maison est adorable, professionnelle et très réactive. Malheureusement, la maison nest pas du tout conforme aux attentes compte tenu de son tarif.La maison nécessite un gros rafraîchissement.De trop nombreuses clayettes impossibles à ouvrir, un volet électrique très capricieux, un évier presque bouché, une odeur générale peu agréable et ceci malgré les grandes aérations.Literie pouvant être de meilleure qualité, des creux sont formés.Bruit de la pompe de remplissage de la citerne deau dans la chambre du fond malheureusement non couvert par la climatisation.Panne de télé. Prises abîmées et/ou mal fixées côté canapé extérieur.Peinture à rafraîchir.Tiroirs/porte de la cuisine difficiles à fermer. (boutons poussoirs disfonctionnels).Pas de douche extérieure.Pas de sèche linge pour aider à sécher les serviettes avec lhumidité ambiante.Portail non automatisé.
