In Saint-Georges d'Oléron, this beautiful recent villa facing south terrace with a fenced 400m2 without vis-à-vis, will welcome you in a quiet and warm.
With family or friends, you will discover all the charm of our island and the scenery provided by Oléron will allow you to live unforgettable moments.
Location: at the exit l'Ileau, near the large supervised beach of Les Sables Vignier (1200m)
Large living room, large flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90, fans
Fully equipped kitchen: all the necessary equipment for your stay was planned: dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, small appliances (coffee maker, Dulce-gusto grille bread, food processor, kettle ...), dishes accordingly

Garden table, 6 chairs, barbecue, parasol, deck chairs
