For a relaxing holiday, you are away from the hustle and bustle of the coastline in this beautiful house near the sea. Well located in the heart of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, the markets of the town centre and Sion will punctuate your stay.



Ideal for 6 people, this charming house is bright and offers all the comfort so that you can fully enjoy your holiday. The fully equipped open kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, deep fryer, toaster and kettle) allows you to enjoy your loved ones while preparing dishes with fresh market produce. The cosy and relaxing living room, which has a television, will help you recharge to enjoy the Vendée beaches located just 50m away. In this 50 m2 accommodation, two bedrooms are at your disposal, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed and a double bed.

L’emplacement de la résidence est très calme. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité d’une place de parking, indispensable l’été. La terrasse devant le salon est très agréable et agrandit l’espace. La location était propre et l’accueil sympathique.Cependant nous avions contacté plusieurs fois l’agence avant de louer pour avoir des informations complémentaires. Visiblement les interlocuteurs ne connaissaient pas les détails de la location et se contentaient de lire les informations que nous avions déjà.Il faut savoir que, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l’annonce, il n’y a aucune vu sur l’océan du rez de chaussée et même du premier étage, seul un adulte grand peut entrevoir une mince lentille d’eau.L’accès à la plage se trouve à environ 200 m de la location et non à 50m (on ne peut pas traverser les dunes pour atteindre la plage). Contrairement à ce qu’il nous avait été affirmé les wc ne se trouvent pas à l’étage au niveau des chambres mais au rez de chaussée.Notons aussi que c’est un endroit où il n’y a que des résidences et immeubles mais pas de commerces à proximité immédiate.Toutefois les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les vagues et le sable fin.
