Here, Claire and Sébastien have transformed the house where Sébastien's parents and grandparents lived to make it a welcoming, comfortable and cosy place with trendy decor. A large enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the outdoor space in fine weather (swing, football goals) and the old barn adjoining the house has been converted into a covered terrace with a large table and relaxation lounge (a summer kitchen is coming soon). Parking area. All shops and services are in Saint-Gaudens, 7km away, but the village has a baker and hosts a small market on Saturdays. For leisure, many hiking trails are set up nearby and fishing is possible in the river 1.5km away. Equestrian center 5km away, lake with swimming and golf course 17km away, remarkable site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 25km away. The house is arranged on 2 levels: - On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen with dining area, small living room (office, games, TV), studio bedroom (1 double bed 160cm, kitchenette, office, TV), shower room with washing machine, separate toilet. - Upstairs: Pink Room (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm, TV), 2 adjoining bedrooms (Dormitory with 4 single beds 90cm including 2 bunk beds, private shower room/WC) and (Green Room with 1 double bed 160cm, TV), shower room/WC.
