The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Saint-Lary-Soulan, this charming family chalet with ski resort accessible on foot, sight on the mountain, of a surface of 106 m ² and being able to accommodate until 7 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, armchairs and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, toaster, cooking plates....
- A separate toilet

On the first floor :
- Room 1 : parental room with a double bed (140x190), a single bed and an umbrella bed
- Room 2 : two single beds
- Room 3 : two single beds
- A bathroom with bathtub

Outside :
- A terrace of 30 m² facing south with a view of the mountain and the Pla d'Adet. Acacia garden furniture with armchair and coffee table is available to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Two balconies, on the first floor giving onto two of the bedrooms.

For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Lary-Soulan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a dead end street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Neighborhood and surroundings :
- Tennis court down the street, 3 minutes away
- Kindergarten also.
- Pastoral path that passes behind the chalet and goes up to the village where you can visit a mill.
- Picnic area.
- Cable car at 10 minutes walking distance.

Activities:
Located in the heart of the Pyrenean mountains, the friendly village of Saint-Lary-Soulan is both a spa and a winter and summer sports resort.
- Tourist sites: the Néouvielle nature reserve, the Troumouse cirque, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, Bagnères-de-Luchon...
- Sporting activities: downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, in the summer.
- Cultural visits : the Médous cave, the church of Luz-Saint-Sauveur.
