Renovated studio of 25 m² in the center of the village of SAINT LARY SOULAN, very pleasant in TBE, (no smoking), pets not allowed, with balcony / loggia of 5.50 m², including a main room with sleeping 2 people BZ system of ( 140 x 200) - TV with Sat channel outlet - Equipped kitchenette - sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80) and a child safety barrier - Bathroom - Separate WC - storage cupboard - private parking space above - secure ski locker in SS
The building is located 300 m from the cable car accessing Pla d´Adet station 1700 m and 400 m from the new gondola. In 15 minutes, you will be in the heart of the Saint-Lary 1700 ski area. A free shuttle a few meters away serves these 2 access points every 20 minutes. The slopes (pla d'Adet and Espiaube station) are located around 1.4 km by cable car and cable car (approximately 10 minutes ascent) and 10 km by road.
Also nearby are the spa with fitness area, laundromat, cinema, skating rink and all shops, within a radius of 150-400 m. In summer you can practice white water sports rafting - canyoning - hiking - hanging forest - paragliding - tandem flight etc ...
