La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage avec un petit jardin bien clôturé et une terrasse pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur. Elle est au calme . Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles . Merci encore d'avoir accepté notre compagnon à 4 pattes . Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Maison très bien située

Possibilité de se rendre à pied à la plage. A la ville de Saint Palais sur Mer, il y a 1 grand parc de verdure avec parcours sportif autour d'un lac, un parc à jeux, un marché tous les matins en été... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. En voiture, vous pouvez rapidement vous rendre à Royan ou à La Palmyre.

séjour agréable.le point fort de cette maison c'est qu'elle se trouve proche de la mer et commerce.il vaut mieux que le temps soit au beau car l'intérieur manque de clarté.au niveau propreté nous avons pas la meme vision des choses. pensé bien a relevé le numero de tel s'il est inscrit car vous allez attendre longtemps devant le portail car la propriétaire attend que le locataire appelle.

Une semaine très sympa

La personne qui nous reçoit est très à l'écoute, la maison est très propre, déco un peu rustique mais correspond tout à fait aux photos. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut sauf le WiFi. A côté de la plage, on peut y aller à pied sans problème. A savoir qu'une plage beaucoup plus grande et plus sympa se trouve un peu après au nord. On était 4 avec 2 enfants et un chien. Pas de soucis le terrain est bien clos. Je recommande.

Sympathique maison au calme.

Cette maison trouvée à la dernière minute est une bonne surprise. Propriétaire disponible, réactif et courtois. Une grande pièce à vivre, pas très loin du centre ville et très au calme. Reste assez fraîche en période de grosse chaleur. Il y a tout le nécessaire et même plus. La salle d'eau est très bien rénovée. Petit bémol pour la propreté et l'état d'une partie de la vaisselle (mais il y a tellement de choses !) et le matelas du lit 2 places qui aurait besoin d'être renouvelé. Nous avons cependant passé un très bon séjour.
