Close to the typical marina of la Cotiniere, 10 minutes away from the beach, in the quiet ChefmaliĂšre village, beautiful, bright and large detached house (180 sq.m) with private garden, patio, car park and second private garden (2000 sq.m). The house is very homely and pleasant all year round, without a neighbour in sight! It is very close to many cycling paths and walking itinerary.
The house has exposed stones and a lot of character in its green surroundings.

J’ai louĂ© la maison de Catherine pour 2 nuits avec mes amis et nous avons tous passĂ© un trĂšs bon week-end.TrĂšs bon accueil par Jocelyne.Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison pour y rester plusieurs jours.Grand espace vert.Maison agrĂ©able avec de grand espace Ă  l’intĂ©rieur (nous Ă©tions 16 adultes)Merci Ă  Catherine car nous avons pu fĂȘter les 40 ans de mon mari dans cadre parfait.

Un trÚs agréable séjour

Nous avons profitĂ© du beau temps dans un cadre trĂšs agrĂ©able, jardin ombragĂ© oĂč nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sauf un (pluie). Couchages corrects. Un peu juste en termes de sdb/wc pour une douzaine de personnes. La cuisine est grande et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, c'est apprĂ©ciable, tout comme le sĂ©jour et le bureau oĂč il y a beaucoup de place. Un petit souci avec la machine Ă  laver le linge, indiquĂ© Ă  Jocelyne lors du dĂ©part car ne nĂ©cessitant pas de la dĂ©ranger auparavant.

Tres grande et belle maison de pays en pierres.Nous étions 12 et tout le monde a eu son espace.L exterieur est trÚs agréable aussi. Mauvaise gestion sur place par la personne en charge,indications,maison non ventilée avant l arrivée,départ modifié 2 heures avant.

Grand week-end dans une chouette maison

TrÚs jolie propriété sise à la ChefmaliÚre, à 15 min à pied de la plage. L'emplacement est trÚs bien, à 5 min en voiture des commerces de St Pierre, mais assez excentré pour pouvoir se balader à pied sans problÚme (le port de la CotiniÚre est à 40 min par la plage). Seule petite surprise : ne pas trouver les menus produits essentiels usuels (sel, poivre, huile d'olive, papier toilettes). La personne qui nous a accueilli·es était trÚs sympathique et arrangeante ; merci à elle. Je recommande vivement !

Maison confortable bien située au calme, spacieuse.

Vacances en famille 3 gĂ©nĂ©rations, des pĂȘcheurs la proximitĂ© de la cotiniere, super HabituĂ©s de st Denis et la bree, manque le petit marchĂ©.Pour la maison un petit reproche : pas d'abri extĂ©rieur. Des vacances trĂšs agrĂ©ables !!

gßte trÚs agréable. néanmoins pour 12 personnes plusieurs petits points negatifs. dans maison principale manque un 2eme wc + douche. le 2eme point d'eau se trouve à l'extérieur avec 2 chambres annonce pas explicite sur ce point . cumulus un peu juste. pas de table basse dans salon. piano cuisson inadéquat. bonne literie.

Des super vacances

Un excellent sĂ©jour dans une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able et spacieuse oĂč chacun a pu trouver sa place. Nous Ă©tions 7 adultes avec 4 enfants dont 2 ados et un bĂ©bĂ©. Une fois le mobilier de jardin nettoyĂ© et les terrasses lavĂ©es et balayĂ©es par nos soins, nous avons pu profiter d’un bel espace clos idĂ©al pour prendre nos repas et ranger nos vĂ©los. Le grand terrain Ă  l’arriĂšre de la villa permet de garer les vĂ©hicules et offre un bon terrain de jeu pour le ballon ou la pĂ©tanque
 Nous avons pris le forfait mĂ©nage et espĂ©rons que les prochains trouveront la maison bien propre

Maison trĂšs fonctionnelle, zones de couchage diffĂ©renciĂ©es, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable quand on est nombreux. Larges espaces verts sĂ©curisĂ©s pour les enfants, distincts de la cour terrasse. On ne se gĂȘne pas. Emplacement trĂšs calme (si on aime cela...), Ă  l'abri de la foule des ...vacanciers ! tout en Ă©tant proche de la CĂŽtiniĂšre (10mn en vĂ©lo).

Séjour au top entre amis, tout se fait à vélo sur l'ßle. Baignade, balade, dégustation de fruits de mer, jeux.... tout comme l'espace extérieur, la maison est trÚs agréable et bien équipée. Chacun peut y avoir son espace. Nous avons adoré !

Nous avons louĂ© cette maison pour un week-end entre amis. Le logement est fonctionnel, nous avons pu faire du bruit (de maniĂšre raisonnable) sans gĂȘner le voisinage, le forfait mĂ©nage proposĂ© par la propriĂ©taire aprĂšs la rĂ©servation est un vrai plus, la communication avec le concierge a Ă©tĂ© simple et flexible. Dans les moins : nous avons trouvĂ© qu’un seul frigo pour 15 personnes (mĂȘme avec un congĂ©lateur en plus) n’était pas adaptĂ© et le mĂ©nage laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer.
