Located on the first floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room with walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels are included. - 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and sitting area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A terrace of around 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- The Saint Pierre water sports centre offers a wide range of activities (canoeing, kayaking, rowing, sailing, etc.).
- The Carbet zoo
- The Balata garden and the Domaine d'Emeraude at Morne Rouge
- Numerous walks from St Pierre and the surrounding area
