The Gîte des 2 Puits is a beautiful family home! In the heart of the village of St. Poix, near the church, you'll appreciate its spacious living areas with their warm decor. The four bedrooms offer twin and double beds, and two of them have en-suite shower rooms and toilets. All the ground-floor rooms open onto an enclosed garden.
On hot summer days, you can enjoy the shade of the magnolia tree. The garden is equipped with a children's play structure, a trampoline, outdoor dining furniture and deck chairs, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and games (pétanque, rackets, molkky, children's foosball). Bicycles are available upon request. Shops and services are located nearby. Also, explore the market in La Guerche-de-Bretagne (16 km).

The Rincerie leisure park, 12 minutes away, offers swimming, golf, a wake park, and more. Numerous hiking trails are nearby, as well as the Laval-Renazé greenway, which passes through Cossé-le-Vivien.
