Very beautiful Provencal style villa that can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). A large private swimming pool, a beautiful landscaped garden and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue are at your entire disposal. Quiet area, close to the city center and the beaches of Saint-Raphaël. The villa is ideal for spending a peaceful holiday with family or friends. It allows you to relax and enjoy the various activities of Saint-Raphaël and the Côte d'Azur.

The house includes:
- 3 bedrooms with dressing room
- Kitchen equipped with traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher.
- 2 shower rooms with WC and 1 separate WC with hand basin
