Le Repère offers you paradise in the heart of Mauricie. Located in Saint-Roch-de-Mékinac, this splendid property is built very close to the edge of the Saint-Maurice River, providing a captivating panoramic view of the river's landscape. On the other side of the shore, you'll find the magnificent Parc de la Mauricie, overlooking a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for swimming. The blue of the river on a sunny day, the sunrises and sunsets, or the moonlight shimmering on the water, evoke deep and unforgettable emotions.

The large private dock allows you to enjoy our water amenities: 4 single kayaks and 1 rowboat with oars (life jackets not provided). At the foot of the cottage, the large private bay, calm and without a current, will allow both young and old to row in complete tranquility. The romantics among us can set up an Adirondack chair on the dock, read a good book, or be lulled by the gentle rays of the sun. It's also the perfect time to put your fishing skills to use, as it's a common activity in the area, with popular catches including bass, muskellunge, pike, and yellow sturgeon.

Highly popular among families, Le Repère offers a generous indoor space with a living area of over 3,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 14 people. It's ideal for exploring the beautiful Mauricie region, its nature, and its colors.

Le Repère provides all the amenities for a "home away from home" experience. You'll find a total of five spacious bedrooms (5 Queen beds, 1 King bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 single folding beds, 2 Queen mattresses, 1 child mattress, and 1 baby playpen), a fully equipped beautiful kitchen, two very generous living spaces, three full bathrooms, and a laundry room. You can relax in the outdoor hot tub (operational year-round) or in one of the three therapeutic showers.

For added privacy, the master bedroom is adjacent to its private bathroom. Admire the outdoor space and the splendid river view from the wooden patio (with an outdoor fireplace), the dock, or one of the large stacked glass balconies. Or cozy up by the indoor fireplace in the generous main cathedral ceiling living room. Feel like cooking? A fondue pot and a 4-season BBQ are also available to awaken the chef in you. Board games, a billiards table, and Wi-Fi internet access are available to entertain both young and old.
