In the heart of the countryside, 20 km from the sea and 35 km from Nantes, this former semi-detached barn has been completely renovated. It features a 220 m² enclosed outdoor area with a swing set. Available for your use: 3 mini-games (pool, ping-pong, hobbit) + 2 children's bicycles (deposit €35).
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, pantry, 2 bedrooms (each with two single beds 90x190 cm that can be joined together and an en-suite shower room) and separate WC.
Mezzanine: 1 bedroom with washbasin area (2 single beds 90x190 cm).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, stereo system, baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, stroller, etc.).
Included: bed linen.
Not included: electric heating (€13/night), electricity, and towels. Pets: deposit €100. Cleaning deposit (€75).
Water sports center 5 km away.
