5 minutes from the gîte, near Monestiés, come and enjoy a moment of relaxation on the banks of Lac de la Roucarié. With its wooded banks and 35 hectares, this lake offers a green and relaxing setting with a leisure center. Many activities are on offer: fitness trail, children's games, sailing, rowing... Swimming is authorized and supervised on the Almayrac shore in July and August.

Air-conditioned single-storey house (4 steps inside) with entrance, private garden and shared swimming pool. Although close to the road where you can hear a few cars passing by, the exterior is sheltered from view thanks to a privacy screen and a large hedge separating the two gardens.

Living room :
- fully-equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and piston coffee makers, fridge with freezer, electric juicer, crepe maker, Moulinex food processor, oil-free deep fryer.
- Gllum is cool dining area
- lounge area with sofas and connected TV.

Night area (access via four steps):
- two bedrooms, each with a 160cm double bed with high-density mattress, TV and air conditioning,
- bathroom with washing machine, shower and double washbasin,
- separate toilet

Outside: enclosed garden with electric gate. Parking in the courtyard or in front of the gate. Garage for bikes/motorbikes available. Approx. 400m² private garden in front of the gîte, garden table and Weber gas barbecue/plancha.
