Conveniently by the highway

Staff entered the room even with the sign on the door. The bed was not done and the towels not changed, but the lights were left on and the curtains opened. When I inquired about it the clerk, they had no information about why. Nothing was missing. My key card did not work every morning when I went to get breakfast on a 3 day stay. Staff was friendly and my room had a direct parking access which was useful with boxes to carry in and out.

From outside of your room, the property looks worse than it was. Clean, very convenient location with lots of fast food and fuel options immediately available and located close to the highway. Worked perfectly for me.

The room was clean, but drab wallpaper and little light. Could use some cheering up. No restaurant in town, save for McDonalds next door. Close to highway interchange but a bit noisy unless you get a room on the other side of the hotel. you can't sit outside due to traffic. Parking was fine.

Big, beautiful room. Very clean and modernized. They accommodated our mobility issues by giving us a ground floor room close to the front entrance, breakfast room, ice machine etc. They spoke fluent English and French.

Great Night Stay

need pictures on the wall in room to make it feel warm and friendly, needs bathroom towel rods, hooks or racks to hang used towels, The new Reno rooms have great walk-in showers, lots of room in the queen size bed room. Would recommend this for a great 1 night stay

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Walls are so thin that you could hear the person next door getting text notifications all night. Coupled with highway noise, did not get much sleep. Breakfast was Costco muffins and yogurt. It was fine for what was paid but would not return.

We often stay here. It is economical, clean, has a breakfast and it is close to the highway. The road to the hotel needs better visibility. Also - two holes in the wall in our bathroom. This could easily be hidden with a larger mirror. All else was appreciated. Really nice bedding!
