Beautiful villa with swimming pool for rent – La Nartelle, Sainte-Maxime, offering lovely unobstructed views of greenery and a glimpse of the sea.
Located in the secure residential neighbourhood of La Nartelle, just 1.2 km from the beaches and 4.4 km from the centre of Sainte-Maxime, this elegant villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Facing east and enjoying a quiet and green environment, the villa consists of a large, bright living room opening onto a terrace, a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a bathroom and two WCs (one of which is separate).
You will enjoy a pleasant covered terrace with a dining area and outdoor lounge. The villa also has a garage and air conditioning in all rooms for optimal comfort.
You will also have access to Wi-Fi, a Sonos speaker system, a gas barbecue, and a private 9 x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.60 m), secured by a protective net or an underwater alarm.
Pets are not allowed unless with prior authorization.
Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
Final cleaning is extra at €150.
A security deposit of €1000 is required upon arrival.
