This historic stone townhouse is set in a peaceful location in the small town of Ravenoville, close to Sainte Mère Eglise and Utah Beach.
The outdoor area of the house offers a fenced garden with a terrace and garden furniture, as well as a parasol, drying rack and barbecue. Guests can park their cars in a public car park approximately 30 metres from the house.
The semi-detached house, which dates back to 1900, was renovated in 2008 and can accommodate eight people on approximately 100 m² and three floors. On the ground floor is the living room with dining area, bar and sofa with TV, as well as the open kitchen and a veranda where you can also sit comfortably. There is also a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, mini-oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer and coffee machine. From the kitchen, a wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). On the top floor there are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. There is heating in all rooms except the conservatory. Wireless internet (WLAN) is also available.
Families with children will enjoy the public playground just 20 metres from the house. There is also a mini-golf course, tennis court and petanque area. The sandy beach at Ravenoville is just 3 km away. The nearest grocery shop and a small café are also just 50 m away. History buffs will be delighted here, in the midst of the D-Day landing beaches, as will culture buffs: Mont Saint Michel is around an hour's drive away. What's more, the entire coastline (Barfleur, Nez de Jobourg, Saint Vaast, etc.) can be easily explored from here. Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to do here, thanks to the water sports on offer in Ravenoville and the many hiking trails.
