Our hotel room was not cleaned when we arrived and when we asked for it to be cleaned the cleaner didn’t bother to clean it and we had a small child. There were many things wrong with our room but the management was good

Check in was quick and easy. Had a family room, a little squishes but perfectly manageable. Clean on the whole but there was a hair left in the shower and carpet looked like it needed a good clean. Had a nice view of the water. Great location, a few minutes walk from Media City / The Lowry. Breakfast was great, all free, loads of choice including a take away option.

We are well travelled but the staff at this hotel are amongst the best we have ever come across. They were so welcoming, friendly and helpful upon our arrival and this continued throughout our stay. The room was great as were the amenities. Easy travel to the Centre too with tram a short walk away. We will definitely be back

Arrived at the hotel, checked in and the room had a mediocre clean the mirror was filthy. We had been placed in a room that had an adjoining room separated by just a door. We could hear the occupants in the next room as though they were in our room. Breakfast was unorganised no milk, no plates and no cutlery. I accidentally left my charger plugged in called the hotel on the way home and they said they would check with the housekeeping staff once the shift had ended. Lo and behold the charger was not there. I know for a fact it was as I was charging my phone right before going down for breakfast and was meant to unplug it just before leaving.
