You walk down the back steps and you’re on the sand, what more could you ask for? Well, this place offers more. It was clean, comfortable and had pretty much all your need when away from home – and it had grill, which gets extra points in my book. Plus, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the arcades, shops and food. As advertised, the parking is tight, but we didn’t have an issue at all. Sean quickly responded to my questions. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice quick getaway

Property manager was very responsive, and answered every question we had immediately. The property had very tight parking but we managed. House was very clean and nicely decorated. We listened to the waves the whole weekend. Only issue we had was the neighbors used the same staircase on the back and front and we were not used to people walking by our window. But we will definitely rent here again.

Amazing location and clean!

Amazing second floor property faces East for amazing sunrise views over the ocean. Wake up early and catch it!.. place is very clean and comfortably accommodated 5 of us. Grill worked fine, steps to beach, boardwalk, and a short drive to adorable Newburyport, with whale watching and great restaurants, etc We’re just got back and are already planning on next year’s vacation
 Air conditioning works great, just leave bedroom doors open to keep cool
parking is a bit tight, but I fit a Minivan with no prob
 Great communication with host who was very attentive and accommodating. Enjoy!

Relaxing, beautiful spot right on the beach

Clean and comfortable second floor condo with all the amenities we needed. Loved the deck overlooking the beach and ocean. It isn't completely private - people use it to access the stairs going down to the beach. But the other families were really nice and friendly and we enjoyed their presence. Walking distance to the Salisbury boardwalk and access to neighboring towns and restaurants by car. A really beautiful area. It was necessary to take previous guests' trash to the curb the evening we arrived. I assumed that it was our responsibility to take the trash out if WE created the garbage, but a neighbor explained that the garbage was full and it was our responsibility. He was very kind and said he would do it for us as I was assisting my elderly mother getting up the stairs. If it were my property, I might take care of that when cleaning the property between guests. All in all, this is a beautiful spot in a relaxed coastal town. Really nice, down-to-earth people all around you, in close proximity, because it's the beach! Would definitely recommend it and would come back.

Perfect Location

Our daughter got married this weekend! We were only a few minutes drive or about a 5 minute walk to the event center, which was perfect. We had a great stay-this place was very clean, up to date and well stocked. It felt like home!! Waking up in the morning to the sun shining in through the sliders was wonderful! We did our 3 mile beach walk each morning and then relaxed on the deck drinking our coffee and having breakfast. What a way to start the day!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect location

Loved the 4 mile beach!!! The outside deck is in need of paint, inside is all renovated and is very nice except the floors are all sloping and uneven. Would suggest having some blankets it was chilly. Love the ocean side view and sound of waves!!!

Great stay right on the beach!

5 stars! Wonderful place, incredible views right on the beach. Don't know what we enjoyed more - sunrise coffee or sunset bourbon on the deck. Great location - everything you need just a few minutes away and Salem is only around 45 minutes to the south. Check in/out very easy with great instructions and timely, easy communication with your host. Thank you!

Great Beach front property!

This was perfect for our spur of the moment getaway. For March we were able to go for walks when low tide and return to sit on the porch with our jackets and watch the waves. The Queen bed was perfect and all beds had quality sheets. The double bed with bunk over weren’t the best for our adult children with the creeping but would be great for young children. We would rent again as location was perfect and views of the ocean even the the angry ocean on the day we left, were beautiful,

Loved this place

We loved this place. Perfect place to just relax but not too far from Salem for some fun. We even found Newburyport which is beautiful and has great food. I was worried about the parking here but we actually had no issues at all. Being able to hear the waves all day and night was amazing. The condo was very clean.

Salisbury Sunrise!

Plenty of space for my family of 4 with nice updates and beachy touches throughout. Direct access to the beach from the back deck is a game changer, no trekking all around the house to the driveway to get upstairs and kids within eyesight the whole time. House has everything you need for simple meal prep and super close to the center for beach pizza when you don't want to cook :) We can't wait to stay again!!

Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

Absolutely loved everything about the property. Super nice, super clean, had everything we could have possibly needed available. Only complaints we had were: 1 - The upstairs Tennant got in after midnight on Saturday and proceeded to make a lot of racket. Pounding on the floor/ceiling and didn't stop until 3:30am which made it difficult to sleep. We emailed the property management about it, and it did not happen again. 2-There was also something on the top floor above our bedroom that made an audible vibration all day/night. We got used to it so we were able to sleep. But other than that, we absolutely loved the place and will definitely be returning to rent again!!!!

The Ocean at your doorstep

Perfect place for a celebratory long weekend get-away. Nicely furnished and equipped, clean, good storage, very comfortable bed & bedding. And nothing beats the magnificent glory of the ocean, viewed from the deck right outside the sliding doors. And accessed directly from the property. An ocean-lover's delight!! Beautiful beach location

We enjoyed a few days in mid October on the beach. Awesome views, walk right out to beach or enjoy from the deck. Place was nicely appointed and very clean. Easy check in and clear instructions.
