This is a lower floor walkout unit, it’s a private space, with 2500 sq ft of spacious living and a panoramic view of the Shuswap lake! It’s has 3 good size bedrooms with queen beds and 2 pullout couches with memoy foam for a good night’s sleep! We also have 2 full bathrooms, with separate hot water tanks, along with a large common area for larger groups! This accommodation can sleep 10 people comfortably! It has a fully contained kitchen, there is a bbq, shuffle board table with sauna and a full laundry and bbq for your use only! Every window has a stunning view of the bay! It also has a large outdoor covered private patio with plenty of seating! This property is on a gorgeous lot with a fire pit and various fruit trees and lots of lawn to enjoy the great outdoors! All amenities plus boat launch, beach, golf and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away or a short walk! This property has everything you need for a great holiday stay!
