Cala Crancs is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, surrounded by cliffs and nature. An idyllic setting where you will also enjoy good services such as showers, toilets, sun lounger rental, lifeguard and a beach bar with one of the best mojitos in Salou :)



The house is part of a residential complex of 24 terraced houses arranged in several blocks, all sharing a fantastic communal area of over 3,000 m2 of lawned gardens and a swimming pool. From the communal area there is direct access to the beach through a small path, but if you are travelling with very young children we recommend accessing via the street, where the slope is gentler.



DISTRIBUTION:

The house with capacity for 7 people, consists of 2 floors connected by an internal staircase:



The ground floor has:

- Terrace with impressive sea views of approximately 20 m2.

- Pleasant living-dining room with access to the large terrace and small private garden with sea views. There is a sofa bed for the 7th person.

- American kitchen with a window overlooking the communal area.



On the first floor we find:

- Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace with pleasant sea views.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds with built-in wardrobes and sea views.

- Bedroom with a double bed with built-in wardrobes.

- Full bathroom with shower.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- 2 air conditioning units: one in the living room and another in the hallway distributor on the first floor to cool the bedrooms.

- Group bookings of young people are not accepted.

- Pets are not accepted.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Privileged location.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €400. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or stains on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
