The mid age lady at front desk was incredibly disrespectful. We have to call twice for her to arrange the shuttle to pickup us from airport. And every time she would hangout the call disrespectfully. I would never choose you again.

The room was fine. We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to the hotel from the airport even though I called three times. There is no restaurant. It's a very small counter with a 5 item menu for dinner. There is nothing near the hotel so trying to go somewhere else was imposssible unless we ubered.

Not much around, no hot water for a shower in the morning. I needed just one night because I had missed my flight, it was convenient however I would have liked a hot shower. The front desk was nice and made me a cup of coffee before I caught my uber in the morning to the airport.

I called ahead several times to schedule a shuttle to an airport which is the main reason we stayed here. The desk attendant assured me that we would be able to schedule a shuttle no problem the night we arrived. We arrived, checked in and there were no shuttles available so we had to uber to the airport. Then since we paid to park our car at the hotel for a week when we were gone for spring break I called again the day before to schedule a shuttle for pickup at the airport and the desk attendant said they can’t schedule in advance so when we had our luggage call and they would send a shuttle. So we called and they kept giving us other numbers and no one would schedule a shuttle so we had to uber again! It was a waste of money and poor service. Not to mention a bunch of lies by staff who had no intention of helping us with a shuttle! Save yourself money and stress! Do not stay here!
