The property was wonderful, the front desk staff that checked us in was very cold and lacked any personality. He was very efficient. The valet parking attendant was more friendly and offered help with directions.

The only hotel I stay at in SLC

Kimpton recently updated their hotel. Sadly they made it look very boring and basic. It used to be so cute and fun. Still the best hotel in SLC.

Great hotel, mediocre restaurant. Room was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant was not great. Had the burger and blue cheese chips. Burger was so salty I could eat it, and I like salt. The blue cheese chips and very little blue cheese. Other than that the property was nice.

Very nice place to stay. Many dining options within walking distance. Parking rates are a bit high at $42 a day otherwise this is a great choice when visiting SLC.
