It's in a ghetto part of town. There are many drug dealers or drug users that hang out around dennys or mc donalds. Close to the hotel. The rooms are okay for the price. Beds are very uncomfortable, the showers are in rough shape, the wifi doesn't even work, breakfast is okay, the amenities could be up kept more. If you want a quick, affordable place this is great. But if you want a "nice" experience, go somewhere else. The staff was nice.

We arrived late and the pull out bed was unsanitary and stained with blood. Staff was nice but even the new room was poorly maintained...look on door was held by screws pulling out and shower grout was stained.

Pictures of this hotel are a lie, it is completely rundown. Staff so far have been rude and don’t understand English very well. I paid twice for my incidental charges to which I was told it wouldn’t get back to me for up to a week, booked a room that said two bedrooms, got into it and only had one with all the beds in it. Staff members yelling outside at 11:30pm and we had to ask them to be quiet cause we were trying to sleep. Hallway wall on second floor is duct taped, carpets are very nasty and beds were not that great either. If you are looking for something nice, do not go with this hotel, which is sad because we’ve had amazing experiences at other ones. Do not recommend this hotel unless you want the worst kind.

The bed was not comfortable the room was dirty I couldn't even bath my son because the ring around the tub had black mold the place was filled with sketchy ass crack heads cops were in and out of there it was just all around horrible and we paid way to much for it definitely won't recommend to anyone

The walls are dinged up and the room smells weird everything has dust on it including walls and ceiling fans. Floors and couch have stains all over. The customer service desk was awful we were needing one more night and they tried downgrading our room since our original booking wasnt available and they originally upgraded ot but after staying in the sub par upgraded room we were not willing to downgrade do not stay here!

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever checked into in my life. My flight was canceled and we flew out the next day. We lost the money for the first night which is understandable. We finally arrived the next day. We booked a suite with two beds and a pull out sofa. They changed our room to 1 bed and a pull out sofa super inconvenient for the amount of people we had. We were willing to make it happen but the room smelled like vomit it was unbearable. there were blood stains on the sofa. The furniture looked like they found it in the dumpster. The hallways smelled horrible. I pled with the front desk to fiind us another room and I was told they were all booked. I ended up sleeping in my rental car. Please say far away from this place. I had to fight for days to be refunded. Which they did, for what they put us through they should have paid us. I would give this hotel a negative 200 if I could

Sorry for my audacity but it was not what I expected it is horrible, the carpets dirty, the sheets stained and the smell is very unpleasant and the air conditioning gives a worse smell

We were given a dirty room, and after requesting a new room we’re told so there was none available and that we had to leave. I requested documentation saying we’re were kicked out from hotel so I could request a refund. The representative refuse to let me speak with a manager or receive documentation of what happened, and instead called the police to have us removed. Once the police arrived, they agreed that the hotel was in the wrong and told the representative to give us something in writing to say what happened. Will never book a room here again.
