Extortion for pet fee

The stay was great, the pet fee was extreme 100 non refundable. Tell me in what world my dog should cost as much as me to stay. Children stay free and they are ten times harder than a dog is on any hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was far better than anything we had expected. They had eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, tea, soda. The onsite laundry was helpful and we used that. There are two workout rooms and two laundry rooms. They also got us a bag of ice when we went looking for the ice machine. I would recommend this place to anyone. There is also a Super Target, and lots of restaurants within a 2 mile radius.

I arrived at 3: 00pm, Checked in and got all my stuff moved in and arranged and sent the AC to 68 (it was 73 degrees when we arrived and never went any lower)so it'd be nice and cool when we returned 7 hours later from the soccer game with plans to spend the last couple hours in the pool and hot tub. But instead we spent that time arguing with staff and eventually switching rooms and didn't get settled till 12:15 a.m. into the new room with no dinner. No pool, no hot tub and horrible experience.
