Great seafront apartment, located in the Ilha do Maiorca Residential Condominium, in Praia do Flamengo! It has excellent infrastructure, an adult and children's pool and a gourmet area decorated with furniture.

The apartment consists of an air-conditioned and cozy living room, 2 air-conditioned and furnished bedrooms, a complete kitchen with all the necessary items for your best stay, a balcony with views of the sea and the city.

We take care of the apartment with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate;
