A piscina estava com revestimento (as bordas ) sujas com gordura provavelmente de protetor solar, o rapaz da Manutenção da piscina foi apenas uma única vez, sendo que ficamos hospedados 6 dias.

O imóvel não condiz com o anúncio

Apesar de o anfitrião ser atencioso. A Casa estava com goteiras, imóvel muito sujo com mal cheiro, o jardim destruído ou em reforma, pois não foi sinalizado. Iluminação ao redor da piscina não funcionou, a portaria do condomínio sem postura para recepcionar visitantes, onde tinhamos que ficar do lado oposto da guarita e gritar, pq o interfone estava quebrado. Onde os mesmo não si disponham a vim ao veículo para saber tal informação precisa para entrada. não houve check, não houve limpeza da piscina nós dias subsequentes fora que os sombreiros encontravam-se sujos e todos quebrado sem condições de USO. Precisa melhorar... Pontos positivos que conseguimos indentificar um excelente apoio do dono da casa , A piscina mesmo sem limpeza era EXCELENTE área GOURMET PERFEITO, chuveiro perfeito, sky e Internet perfeito, ar condicionado TB muito bom. Agradeço pela estádia. Mas não recomendaria

A casa é boa, mas já começa a apresentar os sinais do tempo.

Boa casa com 3 quartos amplos, infra estrutura básica a contento, começa a requerer manutenção em alguns pontos como na principal atração, a piscina apresentava à época, alguns azulejos soltos, nada que possa comprometer a "curtição" mas é bom verificar. O condomínio é bem administrado e tranquilo, pena que não é na beira do mar, o proprietário é atencioso assim como seu filho, tem também o caseiro, sempre disposto a ajudar, no final das contas um bom custo benefício para quem quer descanso.

Eu gosto muito da casa do Sr. Everaldo, a localização é boa, a casa é muito confortável, tem internet e a piscina é maravilhosa, grande, um delícia, já estou indo pela terceira vez. Só não dá pra esquecer o repelente. Recomendo demais!!
