The stay was nice. We were the first renters for the year. The house was accommodating and as expected for us being the first renters of the year. There was some maintenance that needed to be done such as, door knobs, toilet paper holders, replacement of light bulbs etc. The house had been cleaned I would assume after the last guests left as there were multiple areas that needed dusting and wiped down. The pool was very low on water and we called for maintenance, however I donât think they showed up for the pool while we were there. We ended up just putting the water hose in the pool and filling the water back up which seemed to quiet the pump drastically. We did have an issue with the HVAC unit which they sent someone out to fix. We also had an issue with the elevator and they sent someone within minutes. The elevator could use an overhaul, the door on the inside was falling apart every time you tried to secure it. All things Iâm sure they will handle before start of season. We had a great time. The house was very accommodating and had PLENTY of kitchen equipment and utensils needed for just about anything. The beds were comfortable ( a few of them are very tall). The house is big, we didnât even utilize the downstairs bedrooms at all. The main floor is very comfortable and homey feeling and the view of the sound is very nice! Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time there.
