It's an exceptional hotel. Great location. Walkable to all the places of interest. The breakfast is wonderful. The food served at the restaurant is awesome. The rooftop restaurant has a marvelous view. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The Heritage Hotel in Hallstatt has one of the nicer restaurants for dinner, and the rooms have beautiful views of the lake. The front desk staff was quite friendly, and very helpful regarding ferry pickups and other important details. The hotel itself is clean and attractive, but there are a few other hotels that have a bit more of a classic Austrian touch. They were gracious enough to let us have a late checkout, which allowed us enough time to fully soak in the beauty of this incredible place. Recommended.

It was a beautiful hotel, with a sky bar, overlooking the city. The rooms were perfect, pull out sofa for our daughter was in a separate room, and the shower and toilet were separated, which made life so much easier. It was in walking distance to all of the activities the city had to offer, and walkable from the train station. I highly recommend

The property is very well kept and clean. Central location with all attractions close by, plenty of dining options, some more affordable than others, but very good overall. Breakfast included was a very positive plus, highly recommended. Train station is super close so you can move around and visit nearby villages and/or cities without any issues.

For my two nights in Salzburg the Imlauer Pitter was perfect. Great location, clean, nice free upgrade, the staff were above and beyond polite, respectful, helpful and courteous. Food in the skybar was wonderful and the view rewarding. Couldn't have picked a better hotel.
