The room was very clean and well equipped unfortunately a receptionist started the whole stay off on a terrible note. When you enter a hotel lobby with a suitcase I think anyone can deduce you most likely want to check in but the man who I approached seems to be baffled by the idea of people checking in. After I asked twice to check in, he walked off without explanation. Not the welcome anyone would want. The location of the hotel and the room was good and would stay again but would not expect a warm welcome.

I stayed 8 nights. The room was clean! So, I’m almost always a return customer to a hotel when I’m in a clean breathable room. There was no carpet, so I did not have to deal with allergy issues. I also loved the hot showers, and the hotel does not skimp on heat in cool months. It was always toasty when walking onto the floor where my room was situated. I would have given staff a 5 but they didn’t all seem to go through the same training. …most staff were warm and extremely helpful (especially the woman who checked me in and the gentleman who checked me out) but twice I asked a question at reception and was met with short responses. Hope management takes note. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff in this hotel, bar none, are of the best I have ever encountered. Farhad was exceptional. The other desk people were amazing, too. So helpful! The hotel is lucky to have such amazing guest services staff. Definitely recommend!

Great hotel very modern great bathroom with heated floor at night and very quiet! GYM was ridiculously high end with everything you need. Down side for me was the pillows and the area was a little industrial but there was a big shopping mall across the road which was very convenient.
