The tv picture was distorted and color was off. We tried adjusting the settings, but nothing worked. We were already settled in so didn’t want to ask for a new room. I also don’t like having to pay $50 up front for incidentals and wait for reimbursement. We will need to follow up on that on my credit card statement. Seems like they could just have the card on file in case payment is needed like other hotels do.

No in room coffee any more according to front desk, Room from air conditioner smelt of mold, causing alergies, phone did not work in room. ,I liiked fresh ground coffee bean individual cup maker in breakfast area, (except no decaf choice) . Liked Yougurt machine.

This is a solid hotel if you need to stay on the far south side to travel to Somerset and Poteet but also want to be convenient to San Antonio. I have stayed here before and would stay here again. Everyone was very nice and the rooms are good sized and clean, and breakfast was better than I expected it to be. Good coffee, too.

There was only one set of bathing towels which we didn't notice until we got out of the shower. Most places have 3 sets. No small wash cloth towel either.
