The room was dirty, they only have one towel and you had to bring it back to get another one because they don’t have housekeeping. When they said they would give us a new room it was worse than the first one.

Stayed there from 12/24 -12/28 with 4 ppl.The staff was kind, however my key card would need be reprogrammed thur-sat as if someone had gone in with a new key card and locked the one i originally had.The rooms smell like smoke, they only give u 2 towels at a time, you have to finish the roll of toilet paper 1st to get another.pool was closed ,ice machine didn't work,they never gave us extra trash bags to take the trash out. When asked a worker picking up trash with a trash bag outside he couldn't take our trash that we took out. Looks like new owners took over.and they are remodeling If your just there to sleep .. its a great deal ...

I reserved and paid for the room two days in advance I arrived at 630pm on Christmas Day. Had paid for a room with a king bed and was told there were only doubles. I had requested a room on the 1st floor. There was only 3rd floor available. Stairs no elevator. Got in the room. There was no toilet paper, no towels, no soap. I used my own supplies for everything. I had paid for two days and on the second morning(Sunday). I had to get something out of my car at 5 am My door key didn’t work to let me back into my room. The office was closed so I called and the guy and he told me to come to a window with a slot in it. He eventually fixed my key so I could get back in my room. There was a man screaming at a woman. She was crying. The police were rolling in. All in all. I would never stay here again. No way. The shower was slow to drain and it was lukewarm to boot. So I took like a 15-30 second shower. There were no normal pillows. Only the pillows with the bedspread like covers. I think the room got robbed of all the essentials. The tv worked tho so that’s one positive. 1-10 scale. I guess I would give it a 1-
