Welcome to The Shady Wolfe Inn by Howdy Holiday, a funky modern retreat in San Antonio’s Medical Center district. Designed for comfort and style, this updated home features a stunning granite waterfall countertop in the kitchen, dimmable recessed lighting throughout, and plenty of thoughtful touches to make your stay effortless.

The living room offers a 65` Roku TV, leather sofa with queen pull-out bed, and a dedicated desk for remote work. In the bedroom, you’ll find a 40` Roku TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with shower/tub combo plus an in-unit washer and dryer for convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the shaded, walled patio—a private spot for coffee or cocktails. Guests also have access to the community pool and a reserved covered parking space, making it easy to relax and explore.

Located on Hamilton Wolfe, the home is just minutes from the Medical Center, local dining, shopping, and easy freeway access.
Following rules are strictly enforced:

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, Owner has the right to evict the Guest and all occupants immediately. No refunds will be issued.

Absolutely no parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

The Guest making the reservation must be over the age of 24 and must be one of the occupants during the stay.

No smoking is allowed in or around the property. This includes patio. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge a minimum $500 fee.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.

If any items are missing, especially towels, guests will be charged.

FOR GUESTS VISITING WITH PETS:

We do not allow any pets other than dogs with a pet fee of $100 (up to 2 dogs max).

Any pets present on the property NOT mentioned during booking will incur a $400 fee.

All dogs must remain off the furniture. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pets on furniture.

Dogs cannot be left in the house or on the patio unattended.

Dog waste bags are provided around the property. Please bag and dispose of waste. Housekeeping will charge a minimum $50 for having to clean up dog waste.
