Front staff and manager have no customer service skills. Room was not what we booked and they refused to change or refund. Pool is unsafe and cut daughters leg. Overall would never recommend this Hotel to anyone I know.

The property was okay overall, but it could have been cleaner. The blanket cover had a lot of dust, which was disappointing. I also didn’t enjoy the breakfast—it was overly salty for my taste. However, I appreciated that there were other options available.

Hampton Inn has a front entrance located on a street that is in need of updating. There is an entrance to the Riverwalk from the back of the hotel. We stayed in a suite and the room had been recently updated and was clean. The staff was responsive to our needs. I found the breakfast to be so-so, but I am gluten intolerant and was very limited on options. All-in-all, our experience here was positive and I would recommend this hotel for a convenient location to the happenings on the Riverwalk.

Nice hotel but no self parking which was unawate when booking. This is a pet friently but not pet friendly. There was not a place to take dog to go potty. Side of building with small space with lots of rocks. Was gross and not clean!

The hotel staff were very friendly, the cleaning service came and collected towels and refreshed daily with was really nice. The balcony overlooked the river and it was so nice and peaceful. The breakfast was so good and had so many options to choose from! With different options everyday which was so nice. The pool was nice, only 3ft deep but was so nice for small kids to play!

We stayed here several years ago and it was beautiful. Now it has fallen into disrepair. Pool was not the same with missing and boarded up areas. Breakfast was not edible. Room had mismatch furniture, old lamps with bulbs not working. Sheets were so bad we had to buy some extra to sleep on. Never again.

We arrived and were assigned room 731, and when my daughters checked their beds there was hair and it looked like linens were not washed. My wife checked our bed and it was the same thing and the pillow cases were dingy and some had hair as well. We got new linens that night but I had to go down to get it. The showers in room 731 would go from hot to cold. Nobody enjoyed a proper shower. This morning around 6am we woke up because the AC smelled like something was burning. Wish we could get our money back. This stay was one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at.

Valet parking was $50 a day. Most of the workers were extremely friendly and helpful. We stay on the ground floor in room 130. The room was very clean but the view from the window left a lot to be desired. It didn’t make me feel safe. There was a lot of noise in the morning during breakfast time. At night we had be sure to get in our room quickly due to the amount of mosquitoes in the hallway. There was a slight crack in the door and they might have gotten in that way. Overall this was a good hotel. Recommend staying on a higher floor l.
