Our historic 1900’s home is nestled in San Antonio’s Dignowity Hill neighborhood on a quiet, residential street yet close to the sights and sounds of downtown San Antonio. We have recently updated our space with modern features while still keeping our home’s historic charm. The Convention Center, Riverwalk, Alamodome and many more downtown attractions are located less than a mile away (15 minute walk or quick $5 Lyft).
The space
This is a first floor 1br, 1ba apartment that sleeps 4 and has a newly updated kitchen as well as convenient washer and dryer. We are located less than a mile from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, the Riverwalk, Alamodome, and other attractions such as the Tower of the Americas. Our street and neighbors are very quiet including the fire station across the street! The space includes: WiFi, Roku tv, full kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed, living room with pullout sofa, and bathroom with walk in shower. Outside we have a large fenced in backyard great for relaxing! Perfect for couples, family vacations, professional retreats or work travel.

Guest will have full access to the private apartment, reserved off street parking, and a fenced in backyard that is shared with the two other units.

Please respect other guest on the property later into the evening ("quiet hours" between 10pm-7am). Don't even think of throwing a party here. If you're looking for a place to host a rager, please keep looking.

Tv was unusable. Futon uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa in living room. Entry has a loose and dangerous board. It was adequate for Final Four but not great.

Great place near Alamodome

The neighborhood is a mix of urban renewal and sketchy... but the property is very nice! Would definitely stay there again! Property owner is delightful to deal with and extremely responsive!
