Plenty of space and close to the Pearl

Easy access to restaurants and Riverwalk. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen well appointed. Short walk to the museum of art. Lots of stairs so be aware if limited mobility. Otherwise amazing!

Visit to San Antonio November 8-18

The unit is large, well-appointed, and extremely convenient - just about a 2-3 minute walk to The Pearl. The property managers were very responsive to inquiries and requests. There is a lot of construction in the area, which meant that views from the balconies were not attractive, and nearby public parking lots were closed. But street parking was free and very available, and the area seemed quite safe to walk in, even late at night. Lots of good restaurants, coffee places, and bars nearby, and lots of shops in The Pearl. The area is very convenient to the airport and much of the city via 281, Broadway, and other major streets.

My first visit to San Antonio

We were in town for my sons AF boot camp graduation. I wanted to find a place close to the River Walk and amenities. This was a perfect fit. The area is in transition and receiving meaningful investment/improvements. It will only be more appealing over time. The townhome was in immaculate shape and there wasn't anything we needed. Everything was high end and very comfortable. Having access to the garage for our rental car was a nice touch. We walked over to The Pearl each day (a short block away) and getting to the AF base was easy from this area. If I am back in SA for any reason, I will book this place again without looking elsewhere. It was a great value for what you get.

Love staying with River City Hosting! Greeted with chips and salsa and Topo Chico! Perfect location next to the Pearl. So well appointed for a family with toddlers. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

This is an excellent property and a good location steps away from pearl street. Our only complaint was that we had to walk pretty far and through two gates to take the trash out. They should provide cans in the garage.

Work Trip

Lovely property. Great walking distance to the Pearl District. Clean and tidy on the inside. Well appointed. The one concern I had is that I booked this property thinking there was a 5th space for 2 twin beds when in fact they are only inflatable mattresses.

Best place at the Pearl!!

We have stayed here multiple times and we absolutely love this property and the property managers! The house is so clean, the location is perfect and the everything in the home is in excellent condition, and just adorable. We can't wait to return!! Luxury townhouse @ The Pearl

The townhouse was very clean and convenient. We had lots of room. We each had our own bedroom and bath. New modern kitchen. Lots of fresh air from the sliding glass balcony doors and screened windows. Black out shades and the most comfy beds and pillows. The best part was we could walk tow blocks to be on the Riverwalk or the Pearl. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. They even provided unscented dish soap and hand soap to accommodate to accommodate our special requests.

Great Location for UTSA game & Activities

My family and I had a great time. The location was incredible in both its proximity to the Alamodome, as well as the Pearl Brewery area. It was clean and my family and I all enjoyed all the room, as well as the accomodations. We had an incredible time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Amazing Property and Location
