The villa has a complete and sophisticated equipment, such as; air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, TV and free WiFi.
Yucas Villa 13 has a private swimming pool (depth: 1,40m, dimensions: 6m x 3m), with the possibility of heating it with an additional cost. Modern terrace furniture and barbecue.
Located within El Salobre Golf Resort, you will have the possibility of having first class golf facilities and the opportunity to enjoy different gastronomic options and spa services of the neighboring Hotel, Serenity. There is even a supermarket at the entrance to the gated community.
