Welcome to Casa Loló y Pepe, a charming and comfortable duplex designed to offer an unforgettable stay for families, friends, or groups who wish to enjoy the island with all the comforts of home.
The location is simply unbeatable: just 3 minutes walk from the beach and the seafront promenade, ideal for cycling and enjoying the sea without the need for car journeys. In addition, the property is located next to a local sports centre which has a tennis court, children's playground and football pitch, perfect for entertainment for both adults and children.
One of the great attractions of this property is its spacious private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue, hammocks, perfect for enjoying good weather, sunbathing, reading a book or sharing a meal outdoors.
The duplex also includes a spacious and cosy living room, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, with enough space for all guests to share moments together.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals during your stay: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (capsules and Italian), cooking utensils, and a large dining table where you can enjoy family breakfasts or special dinners.
The property has four rooms carefully distributed to adapt to different needs: a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the upper floor, we find a bedroom with a single bed, perfect for adults or children; a room with a trundle bed, ideal for accommodating two people in a practical and comfortable way; and an additional room equipped with a sofa bed, which can be used both as a rest area and a bedroom, all of them equipped with wardrobes.
The property has two full bathrooms: one located on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. The bathrooms are equipped with a modern shower, offering functionality and comfort to all guests.
Added to this is the presence of ceiling fans in all rooms, especially useful on hot summer days.
