The hotel was really hot. No AC in the halls and the room AC took a very long time to cool down the room. The staff, breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel was very good.

My only complaint is that I was woken up every night by the people in the room above me. I could hear them stomping all night. I’ve never had a hotel where I could hear anyone above me. I was staying here because my grandpa died and so sleep was hard enough without the stomping. Sounds like a piece of plywood was all there was in between my ceiling and their floor.

Unfortunately the tv had to be replaced then only the tv remote channel and volume buttons worked. Also shower lever had to be manipulated to turn on/off water. First ‘bad’ experience at Holiday Inn in 30 years. :(
