We arrive to check in and the receptionist was very rude. We requested extra pillows and they said we had to wait for them to wash them. We requested a hair blow dryer and she said no we had to wait until they found one. We purchase thru Expedia and she said we had to pay an extra 100. Made no sense the halls were super dirty the a/c didn’t work. Our cards wouldn’t open the doors. Just don’t stay here for being a new place it’s terrible.

I liked it there. Perfect for us and our Kylie Gene. Were there for a month and a half and it was like a nice condo waiting for my husband to retire and now we're in our new RV traveling. Definitely recommended.

It’s decent.

The internet usage is one device ONLY, and goes out frequently. The customer service is decent but not friendly. The hot water went out twice but was fixed within 24 hours. The rooms are well used and the walls are THIN! There are several people who live here year round and many of them yell and fight. Workers are quick to respond. So are the police.

The room next to us was playing some magic mushrooms all night and we could not sleep. Tried to call reception but no-one pick up. Kitchen is provided but there’s not a single thing to use it with.

This is a fairly new property that looked nice and clean on the outside but was dated on the inside. The bed was a queen size cot. The linen had blood stains and hair on it. I let the front desk know and they said it was just a stain. I told them it was unsanitary. It seemed as if i inconvenienced them but they ended up moving me to another room.
