In Bariloche for a business trip. The hotel is nice, well placed, breakfast is good, the crew is nice and speaks fluent English.
However, this hotel is not really adapted for a business trip : the internet was not working really well and the desk is not really usable.
The hotel is in a great location, and the view on the lake from the room is wonderful. Breakfast was good and nicely arranged. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned very well every day. The architecture inside the hotel is old and stylish, especially the dining room.We had a good stay. The rooms are tight and the internet does not always work.
Muy buena ubicacion, personal amable, cerca de todo, habitaciones amplias, cejilla de seguridad, buena ducha y cama firme... Desayuno variado.
Cerca de todo
Loved my stay here! The room was comfortable and clean with a gorgeous lake view, breakfast was excellent (with more beautiful views), and location quiet but just a block from the main street entrance. The people on the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again!
The only thing nice about the building is the picture from Now side and inside everything was dated in the rooms were maybe 12 mÂČ maximum very small. They do serve breakfast, but the eggs were undercooked. The pastries were stale and tasted terrible, and they give you 4 inch plate to eat on. The staff is real nice but the place is not be a three star hotel, it should be maybe a 1 1/2. maximum two star. I donât know how it got such good ratings but it sure donât deserve it.
Your money would be better spend somewhere else.
Hotel Tirol is a good 3-star hotel that could be great. It is really well located: just metres from the main square (from where you can shop, eat take tours, and so on) as well as bordering on the lake.
The receptionist who checked us in was extraordinarily helpful but her colleagues less so. The room is large and the bed, super comfortable. Street facing rooms are noisy and if itâs summer you will need the window open (there is no fan or aircon) so itâs worth taking a lakeside room (we had a street facing room in summer). The floor needed a good clean but after that was addressed the only issue with the room was a persistently draining toilet.
Breakfast is plentiful and served 7.30-10. Parking is included if you book direct but as Iâd booked through Expedia I was given side parking. Still free but fiddly.
The WiFi is pretty slow unless youâre in the lobby which is frustrating. So all in all a high-average hotel.
Charming âAustrianâ Hotel in the middle of town. If you are lucky enough to get the lake view, you wonât want to leave⊠Very nice and helpful receptionists, especially Paula.
