Welcome to our remodeled second-level coastal hideaway, featuring parking and air conditioning. Enjoy a private setting with beach-inspired design, a comfortable living area with streaming services, and a fully updated kitchen with ample counter space.
The property is a short walk from the beach and less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens, a historic Spanish villa on the National Register of Historic Places. Downtown Del Mar’s boutiques and restaurants are also nearby.
